Using PinCity

By using PinCity, you agree to these terms. PinCity is a place-saving and social food discovery app. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password secure. Don't share your account.

Your content

You own the content you create on PinCity (ratings, reviews, photos, notes). By posting it, you give us permission to display it to your friends and within the app.

Acceptable use

Don't use PinCity to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Scrape data or use automated tools against the service
• Impersonate other people or businesses

Third-party services

PinCity uses third-party services including Google Places, OpenAI, and Supabase. Your use of PinCity is also subject to their terms.

Availability

We aim to keep PinCity available but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

PinCity is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to bad restaurant experiences.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
